She called on the community to help track down the missing infant.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The rider seen in the footage picking the expectant mother on a motorbike has been identified by authorities as Yuliet Angulo.<br>According to Colombian media, Angulo’s was turned in by her own relatives who alerted the authorities after finding evidence that would link her to the case in their home, including the missing woman&#8217;s shoes.<br>Angulo’s ex-partner, Carlos Rincón, revealed that Angulo in the past had faked two pregnancies, only to claim miscarriages.<br>&#8220;This is the second time something similar has happened; the first time he supposedly lost the baby, but there was never a real record.&#8221;<br>Rincón said Angulo even showed him ultrasounds and prenatal check-ups. At the time he said, he could not attend regularly attend the doctors visits because they coincided with his work schedule.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The revelation by Rincon reinforced appears to reinforce earlier reports that Yuliet Angulo would have met María Camila Potosí while both participated in a program for pregnant mothers of the Ministry of Social Welfare of Cali.<br>The institution confirmed that the Angulo stopped dropped out of the program in during April after reporting that she had miscarried.<br>Authorities have reported that four other people would be under investigation for their eventual involvement in the crime, although they maintain reservations about the proceedings and so far have not officially confirmed other arrests in the case.<br>Meanwhile, Potosí&#8217;s family are hoping that the baby is still alive. They have reiterated their appeal for information leading to her recovery.</p>

We demand justice.&#8217;<br>Former presidential candidate Sondra Macollins said: &#8216;What impotence this causes. We trust that the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and police will deliver rigorous answers.&#8217;</p>
