<p>&#8216;Loose canon&#8217; rapper Azealia Banks has apologised for her &#8220;absolutely unacceptable&#8221; racist and homophobic rant at Zayn Malik. The music star has said sorry for her vile insults in a message posted on her Instagram account<br />
The One Direction singer was the target for a barrage of vile insults after she accused him of ripping off her style for his solo work.<br />
She branded the Yorkshire hunk a &#8220;token sandn****&#8221; and &#8220;f*****&#8221; in a fiery Instagram post yet she has now taken to the same social media site to say sorry and admits her hurtful words managed to &#8220;insult millions of people&#8221;.</p>

<p>In a text posed uploaded to her page, she wrote: &#8220;Now that the immediacy of the infamous incident has worn off, I&#8217;ve had sometime to decompress &; take a more rational assessment of things.<br />
&#8220;I want to extend my sincerest apologies to the world. Employing racial/sexual slurs/stereotypes in attempts to make fun of or degrade another person or group is absolutely unacceptable and is not fair or fun for anyone.<br />
&#8220;Allowing my anger to get the best of me, I&#8217;ve managed to insult millions of people without reason. And for that I give my deepest apologies.&#8221;</p>

<p>She has since posted a handful of extra messages seemingly clarifying her stance.<br />
In response to user tynikaa she posted a lengthy message and commented: &#8220;But obviously what&#8217;s funny at home for me doesn&#8217;t translate in 140 characters and you honestly can&#8217;t lie and say you never made some hella hilarious hella ignorant stupid baseless before.&#8221;<br />
She added: &#8220;Sometime people make bad jokes,&#8221; with a perplexed Emoji.</p>

<p>Yet the fiery star seemed to notch things up a gear in her next message which referred to the suspension of her Twitter account.<br />
She said: PS: Yooo. LOL they shut my s**t tf down LMFAOOO. I was like damn these n****s got me!<br />
&#8220;I&#8217;m really going to miss ki&#8217;ing all the time with the k**ts you guys are so much effing dun!!!!<br />

<p>The star&#8217;s personal Twitter account was shut down after she uploaded the insulting picture post about the Pillowtalk singer.</p>
<p>It showed images taken from both their videos and she accused him of stealing ideas from her Yung Rapunxel video for his track, Like I Would.<br />
She wrote: “Damn Zayn be mood boarding the s**t out of me&#8230; I&#8217;m not mad about this though. Zayn is a cutie pie.”<br />
The image also went out on her Twitter page and although Zayn didn’t respond directly to her, he wrote: “No lies&#8230; I see you reaching but I don’t care.”<br />
She replied: “Dude, I make better music than you. Simmer down with that fake white boy rebellion and that wannabe Bieber swag.”<br />
But it was his final retort of, “My @’s too good for you,” that got her gloves off and her claws out as her racist and homophobic remarks began – and didn’t stop.<br />
She wrote: “You a d*** rider for real for real. Ride this d*** until the wheels fall off Punjab.”<br />
Then there was absolutely no stopping her as she continued: “What isn’t a reach is that a 4 track EP scored higher on metacritic than ur debut album,” before posting a photo of Zayn and tweeting as though she was him, “trying to make myself known but I’m still known as the token sand n****from 1D”. She then accused Zayn, of giving his number out to fans.</p>
