<p>The internal affairs investigation which is underway is focusing on several Oakland police officers who allegedly had sex with the teen prostitute when she was still underage.</p>

On her Facebook page, Guap suggests she is involved in the sex scandal, but says she never snitched on anybody. She said she had “harmless relationships” within the police department.<br />
As recently as last month, Guap posted a picture of Oakland police officers dropping her off near her home. “Took me back to Richmond in style,” she wrote.<br />
In another post, she says the only officer she messed with while underage is sadly gone.<br />

<p>Police sources say O’Brien, a 30-year-old who joined OPD in 2013, left a suicide note that included information about the alleged sex crimes. On Tuesday, Guap wrote on her Facebook profile timeline that “the only officer I messed with underage is sadly gone now, so I don’t know why this is still being brought up.”<br />

<p>O’Brien was previously investigated by homicide detectives after his wife was found dead of a gunshot wound in his apartment. At the time, O’Brien was living in a four-unit building on Greenridge Drive in the Oakland hills, a property owned by Oakland police veteran Eric Karsseboom. Other cops lived in the building.</p>

<p>According to a coroner’s report, Huerta Lopez died of a gunshot wound to the head. Two bullets had been fired from the gun, and one lodged in the wall in the apartment. The gun — O’Brien’s off-duty Glock 45 caliber pistol — and two casings were found near her feet. An Oakland police detective told a sheriff’s department investigator that an upstairs neighbor heard a loud thud around the time she was shot.<br />
“Why were there two shots if she killed herself?” asked her sister Huerta, who at the time did not know O’Brien was dead until informed.<br />
Investigators say O’Brien left a note that lead to an initial internal affairs investigation.<br />
A subsequent investigation ordered by a federal judge led to many Oakland police officers admitting they had lied during the first internal affairs investigation about their relationships with Guap. Sources say one officer also admitted to knowing she was underage when he had sex with her.</p>

<p>There are new and shocking allegations from Guap herself. Whereas the belief at the begiging of the investigation , was that the scandal mostly involved sex, and possibly statutory rape involving officers. Now there is evidence pointing to police allegedly giving the teenage prostitute undercover operation intel.<br />
The 18-year-old girl goes by the name “Celeste Guap,” and admits she’s slept with two dozen officers from various police departments.</p>

<p>Guap said she had sex with 14 officers from Oakland Police Department, 5 from the Richmond Police Department, 3 Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies and one Livermore cop.<br />
She says in exchange some officers gave her protection and tipped her off about undercover operations while she was working as a prostitute.<br />

The officer said, “No you’re not. Just giving you a heads up.”<br />
She flirted by saying, “Thank you daddy. I appreciate it. I don’t wanna go to jail. Lol.”</p></blockquote>
<p>In another text conversation with a different Oakland officer, Celeste asked the officer:</p>

Out of the two dozen officers she had sex with, she says she slept with three of them when she was a minor. All three were with the Oakland Police Department.<br />
The sex started when she was just 16. She says some of the officers would introduce her to other fellow officers, basically passing her around, mostly via Facebook and Instagram.<br />
She revealed another text conversation with another Oakland officer after she sent him a picture showing her having sex with someone else.</p>

Guap said, “Lol. That was like a month ago. It was coo. I’m sure you would be better.”<br />

<p>Guap says the sex all happened while the officers were off-duty, sometimes in their personal cars, sometimes in hotel rooms. Some of the officers were married.<br />
She’s now co-operating with investigators. So far, the Oakland and Richmond police departments have launched internal investigations.<br />
“thinking back about it, I thought wow, they cared about me,” says Guap. “Thinking back at it, yeah, I do see myself as a victim. Because I do feel like I was taken advantage of.”<br />

Asked if she plans to sue the Oakland police department, Guap says she thought about it, but hasn’t made up her mind. She says she doesn’t want to because her mother and her stepdad are OPD dispatchers and work with these officers.<br />
As of the weekend, several agencies implicated in the sex scandal have issued responses to allegations of police misconduct.</p>
