<p>The 4 year Assemblyman remains on the ballot for Tuesday’s primary. A Republican party official said it&#8217;s too late to remove Nojay&#8217;s name from the ballot for the seat representing parts of three counties in the greater Rochester and Finger Lakes areas.</p>
