it appears that there are three charges pending against the former golden boy of Maryland basketball&comma; two of them are in Harris County&comma; Texas where Francis was stopped for driving under the influence&comma; and he allegedly&comma; said some inappropriate things to the officers involved in that process&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;His legal woes came to light after his arrest in Texas led to the discovery of an open warrant  out for him for burglary charges in Florida&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;It has been reported that his attorneys are dealing with that burglary charge&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Francis did not appear before the judge&comma;
