<article id="ra-body">two brothers in Milwaukee and their a young woman have been arrested and charged in the death of man who they gave a brutal beat down which they shared on Snapchat.They humiliated their victim, urinated on him and forced him into a cat litter and made him eat cat faeces.<br />
Devin Katzfey, 20, his 19-year-old brother Brenden Katzfey and Sarah Zakzesky, 20, were each charged with first-degree reckless homicide in connection with the murder of 20-year-old Delvin Mendoza-Chaparro.<br />
They were each being held in the Milwaukee County Jail in lieu $200,500, $100,000 for Devin Katzfey and Brenden Katzfey respectively. Bond for Sarah Zakzesky was set at $50,000 bond.</p>

<p>According to a criminal complaint Sarah Zakzesky confessed that she and the Katzfey brothers, took turns beating Mendoza-Chaparro for stealing from them, and then dumped his body into a nearby alley, where he was discovered by police on Dec. 19.<br />
He was left with only a Marquette University hoodie to keep him warm — his jeans were pulled down around his ankles and he was found without shoes or socks. It was 14 degrees the night the victim was left outside to die.</p>

<p>In the time leading up to his death Mendoza-Chaparro’s attackers took his phone and shared his final hours with his followers on Snapchat. The videos in addition to interviews with the three suspects have allowed police to piece together what happened the night Mendoza-Chaparro was humiliated and left for dead.<br />
Cops believe one of Katzfeys, uploaded three videos to the victim&#8217;s Snapchat account after the beating.<br />
Investigators say the videos show a close-up of the victim&#8217;s face with a voice saying &#8220;don&#8217;t ever come and steal.&#8221; The next videos show Katzfey speaking into the camera while kicking the victim, who is lying on the ground.<br />
While the victim denied the stealing accusations, Devin Katzfey proceeded to drag him into the kitchen by his feet. He begged his attackers to stop, but they continued to beat him until he was unconscious, landing about 25 punches and kicks before going on to beat him even more for their Snapchat recordings.<br />
Zakzesky told police she saw Katzfey punch and kick the victim in the face and head about 25 times. She admitted to participating even after hearing the victim begging them to stop, according to her, the beating lasted 10-15 minutes.<br />
Brendan Katzfey admitted to investigators he “urinated on [Mendoza-Chaparro] while he lay near a kitty box,” and his brother “forced [the victim] to eat cat litter and feces from the litter box.”<br />
The first clip starts with a close-up of Mendoza-Chaparro motionless and bloody on the ground, severely injured.<br />
In the second Snapchat video, a voice later identified as Devin Katzfey can be heard saying, “This is what happens when you steal &#8230; You got knocked the f&#8211;k out, b&#8212;h. Don’t ever come and steal.”<br />
Mendoza-Chaparro was literally battered unconscious: “It was horrible,” said Mr his mother, Iris Chaparro.<br />
“They showed me his photo and I couldn’t even go to the morgue to identify him.”</p>

<p>Zakzesky told police the group were smokin marijuana at her apartment when the younger Katzfey brother Brendan, accused Mendoza-Chaparro of attempting to steal a bong and pipe and his brother Devin claimed the victim attempted to steal his phone.<br />
In the final clip, the victim can be seen again on the ground, this time by a box of cat litter on the kitchen floor — Mendozza-Chopra tries to lift himself up, but he’s immediately kicked back down by one of his assailants.<br />
The criminal complaint states that Zakzesky, allegedly, “kept telling Devin Katzfey that they need to take the victim to the hospital but he said no”. Shortly after, she demanded the victim be removed from her apartment.t<br />
They drove him to the alley where “the victim then fell over in a snow bank by some garbage cans,” the complaint says.<br />
Zakzesky “further agreed that it was cold enough that someone could freeze to death &#8230; She then left the victim there.”</p>
