Unable to pay for extra round of sex with his 16-year-old Desiree Robinson, Rosales responded by strangling and beating the teen before finally cutting her throat.
The victim was found naked, the next day in the garage of a home in Markham, Chicago, on Christmas Eve morning.

Unable to pay for the additional time with his escort on Christmas Eve, the 32-year-old Chicago resident responded by strangling and beating the 16-year-old girl before finally cutting her throat.
Now charged with first-degree murder, Rosales contacted Desiree Robinson through the website that hosts classified ads, including an adult section that offers everything from strippers and dominatrixes to “body rubs.”
On the night of Dec. 23, Robinson drove to meet Rosales at a friend’s party in Markham, Ill., where the two had sex in the confessed murderer’s truck. Hours later inside the garage, Rosales begged to have sex with the teen again but had no way to pay for it.
“The defendant admitted that he had no money for the second encounter and he tried to negotiate an additional free 15 minutes,” assistant state’s attorney Christina Dracopoulos told reporters Friday.
“She refused his offer and insulted him. After, he punched her in the face and strangled her as she tried to call for help.”
Robinson’s friends, who attended the party with her, would discover her naked body in the garage Christmas Eve morning.
Rosales was ordered held without bail will have his preliminary hearing on Jan. 18. He was arrested Dec. 27.

“I just am numbed right now. I am just numb,” her mother, Yvonne, told reporters. “I am just numb.”
According to ABC 7, Robinson’s family lost touch with her around early December. Fearing she might be in trouble, her grandfather filed a missing person’s report with Chicago police on Dec. 13.
16-year-old Desiree Robinson, who lived with her grandparents was found dead on Christmas Eve around 8:30 a.m. in the 16200-block of South Hamlin Avenue. The teenager was found dead in a garage in south suburban Markham, Ill. Her grandparents reported her missing in November 29, and had been in contact with her intermitently, until her death.
Dennis Treadwell, Robinson’s grandfather, said he got a call from Markham police on Christmas Eve about his granddaughter.
“The Markham police called me saying there is a situation with Desiree Robinson and they didn’t give any particulars. They said they wanted me to come down to the police station,” he said.
Instead he said police came to his Chicago home and told him Robinson was found dead in a garage in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve.
The medical examiner said her cause of death is multiple injuries and assault.
Fbe grandparents who said they took short term custody of Robinson just in November, filed a missing person’s report on December 13 with Chicago police after they hadn’t heard from desiree for a couple of weeksa and feared she was in danger.
