A seemingly unrepentant mad man declared that he wanted to “kill them all” after mowing down pedestrians on packed sidewalks, prosecutors said Friday.
The new details emerged as Killer Times Square motorist Richard Rojas,  was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on one count of murder, one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and 20 counts of attempted murder.
Rojas’ deadly rampage began just before noon Thursday when he steered his Honda Accord onto the sidewalk at Seventh Ave. and W. 42nd St.
Erratic US Navy vet Richard Rojas, 26, also told cops he had smoked pot laced with PCP and expected officers to shoot him following the Thursday sidewalk assault.
“I wanted to kill them,” he barked to an officer after the wreck, according to the criminal complaint.

The mayhem Rojas unleashed on unsuspecting New Yorkers and tourists on one of the busiest cityscapes in the world, ended when the maroon Honda Accord sedan barreled into a metal barrier at W. 45th St. The driver, somehow unharmed, tried to flee the scene but was stopped by a traffic agent and a pair of onlookers. His vehicular assault Killed was 18-year-old Michigan tourist Alyssa Elsman. Her 13-year-old sister Ava was among the 22 others injured.
Four remain in critical condition. Ava reportedly, was suffering from a broken pelvis and cracked lung, officials said.

Authorities were awaiting blood test results to confirm what, if any, drugs Rojas had consumed. Rojas  who a year before he left the service in May 2014, Rojas spent two months at a Naval prison in Charleston, S.C., returned from his stint in the Navy a troubled man said those who know him. 
He since had issues with alcoholism and often, complained of nightmares and raved about demons and devils, according to his friends.

Prior to his latest episode the troubled vet was arrested for DWIs in 2008 and 2015.
However, his delusions seemed to have worsened  in recent days. in the  week leading to his Times Square implosion, Rojas was charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon after he pulled a knife on a man inside his apartment.
