<p class="mol-para-with-font">A 42-year-old man has been accused of fathering his 15-year-old relative&#8217;s child.<br />
Frank Acevedo from Chicago was arrested after a DNA test appeared to show he was the father of the young family&#8217; members child.<br />
He allegedly started sexually abusing the girl soon after she turned eight.<br />
Prosecutors say that as girl grew older, the sexual assaults got worse with the girl falling pregnant at the age of 15.<br />
She gave birth in 2013.<br />
Just months after having the baby she told a different relative that Acevedo was the child&#8217;s father.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">A search warrant was issued against him and required the Chicago West Lawn neighborhood native, to submit to a DNA swab in August 2016.<br />
The teen mother and her child also were tested. Lab results dated in April came back with a 99.999 percent possibility of Acevedo being the father, prosecutors said.<br />
Since being arrested on May 30, Acevedo has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual assault.<br />
He is being held on $750,000 bail</p>
