This happens quite frequently&comma;” McManus said during a press briefing&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Although the tractor-trailer truck has Iowa plates and is owned by Pyle Transportation&comma; which is based in Schaller&comma; Iowa&comma;Mike Pyle and Tom Kolton&comma; co-owners of the company  told the San Antonio Express-News that James Bradley is an owner-operator who owns his own semi-truck&comma; but is authorized to haul under the Pyle name&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;It’s our trailer&comma;
