<article id="ra-body">Teriana Holcombe, 21, a day care center worker, was hit in the head by a bullet on the corner of Murdock Ave. and 198th St. in St. Albans just after 9:20 p.m. Tuesday. She died at Jamaica Hospital.<br />
The murder capped a 2 1/2-hour span of gun violence across four boroughs that left five people shot, police said.<br />
“She was everything that you would hope for in a sister,” said Star Holcombe, 23. “She put everybody before herself. She would put everybody before herself. There wasn&#8217;t a thing Teri wouldn&#8217;t do for somebody if she could.”<br />
On Tuesday night, Holcombe’s fiancé’s cousins got into a brawl with a group of rivals outside a bodega, cops said. The men have had an ongoing feud for past four years, sources said.</p>

<p>The two groups clashed again on Murdock Ave., with Holcombe, her fiancé and his mother getting into a fight inside a store.<br />
As the argument ended, two men ran to a car, grabbed a gun and opened fire, hitting Holcombe.<br />
Police were searching Wednesday for a man who was at the scene of the shooting. Holcombe&#8217;s shooting on a Queens street corner Tuesday night, capping off a two-and-a-half hour spate of gun violence across four boroughs, police said.</p>

<p>The 21-year-old victim, Teriana Holcombe, was shot in the head after an argument broke out at the corner of Murdock Ave. and 198th St. in St. Albans just after 9:20 p.m. Medics took her to Jamaica Hospital, but she couldn’t be saved.<br />
“I just seen her on the floor. She was not moving at all. She was young,” Santiago said. &#8220;It sounded like firecrackers,&#8221; said one witness who heard four shots while she was leaving a nearby store. Holcombe was walking with about five other people when she was shot, about a mile from her home.<br />
“It&#8217;s sad &#8217;cause I got kids, God forbid that could&#8217;ve been one of my kids,&#8221; she said the 28-year-old witness. “Now a mother gotta bury her child. It&#8217;s crazy and sad.”<br />
Police are yet to make an arrest in Tuesday night&#8217;s shooting.<br />
Hours earlier, at about 7 p.m., a 17-year-old boy was shot in the stomach and a 16-year-old boy was grazed in the arm on W. 129th St. near Malcolm X. Blvd. in Harlem, cops said.<br />
Medics took both to Harlem Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, cops said. Neither teen was cooperating with investigators, police sources said.<br />
At about 7:10 p.m. in the Bronx , an argument on Hoe Ave. by Freeman St. in Foxhurst ended with a 35-year-old shot in the stomach, cops said.<br />
Medics took him to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition.<br />
A masked attacker shot and wounded two more men, both 35, in Brooklyn at about 8:50 p.m., on E. 102nd St. by Glenwood Rd. in Canarsie.<br />
The victims went to Brookdale University Hospital in stable condition, one shot in the thigh, the other in the back, police said.</p>
