Paw Law has been arrested for shooting and killing her daughter’s fiancé after learning that the pair were expecting a child together.
A Georgia woman is behind bars for allegedly killing her daughter’s fiancé during breakfast.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Paw Law fired several rounds at 17-year-old Nyatole Eh while he and his pregnant bride-to-be visited the home on Oct. 8.
The teen was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he later died.
Police arrived on the scene to find Eh lying on the floor with the weapon near his head. His fiancée, Madya Be, and her sister, Muchon Kaw, were kneeling over his body.
“It appeared they were in the kitchen preparing breakfast,” Clarkson Police Detective Jason Elliot told Channel 2 Action News. “There was no type of argument or even altercation. It’s looking like mom just walked up behind the victim and shot him.”
Ta Oel, who was in the bathroom when the first gunshots rang out, told the Atlanta Journal Constitution he rushed to the kitchen to wrestle a Smith & Wesson revolver from Law’s hands.

Authorities added that Law attempted to turn the gun on herself.
In a police report, obtained by the AJC Paw Law’s 18-year-old daughter, Be, 18, said the couple were at the apartment to get her social security and green cards, which Law took during her move from Wisconsin to Georgia, according to the report.
Be told police her mother was resentful of their relationship and was against the two marrying, according to the report. The young woman also told her mom about the pregnancy, which likely sent Law over the edge, police said.
Law purchased the gun at a pawn shop the day before the shooting, Channel 2 reported, leading Elliot to believe Law had planned the shooting.
Be told Channel 2 the shooting caught her off-guard.
“It was surprising. I never thought something like this was going to happen,” she said. “He’s a very good, innocent guy.”
Law reportedly was pushed over the edge after learning that Be was pregnant with Eh’s child.
Law was apprehended by police in her home on Monday. She’s being held in DeKalb County Jail.
