<article id="ra-body">Former Assistant Attorney General Spark is also being accused of soliciting sex from another jailed woman. He allegedly offered to put money in her commissary account and told her he was filming the sex acts for a porn video called &#8220;Girls in Jail.&#8221;<br />
The 54-year-old counselor was arrested Sunday on a felony charge of introduction or possession of contraband in a county detention facility and misdemeanor charges of solicitation for prostitution and exposure of sexual organs, in Pinellas County, Florida.</p>

<p>After his arrest Sunday, Spark was hit with a felony charge of introduction or possession of contraband in a county detention facility and misdemeanor charges of solicitation for prostitution and exposure of sexual organs reports the <a href="http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/crime/Sheriff-Tampa-lawyer-used-Pinellas-jail-to-film-porn-videos_163713261">Tampa Bay Times</a>.<br />
He could face more charges as the investigation continues.<br />
Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri announced in a press conference Monday that the lawyer may have done these acts with multiple women in different county jails in the Tampa Bay and central Florida areas.<br />
Normally in-person visitation isn&#8217;t allowed, but the exception to this rule is for inmates to meet with lawyers.<br />
Sheriff Gualtieri said authorities received information in late November that a member of the bar was using his status as a lawyer to meet with female inmates in the Pinellas County Jail and would tape his sexual encounters with them for a fee.</p>

<p>The trap was laid when authorities got word Spark was going to be at the jail Sunday.<br />
Detectives entered the attorney visitation room where they found him with 28-year-old inmate Antoinette Napolitano just before they were about to engage in a sex act. Spark was &#8220;fully exposed&#8221; when the detectives came into the room.<br />
&#8220;He duped the system because he came in there representing himself as a lawyer,&#8221; Gualtieri said. &#8220;There&#8217;s something that is sacrosanct about that lawyer-client relationship, and that&#8217;s why we give great consideration and, frankly, deference to it,&#8221; Gualtieri said.<br />
Napolitano met Spark when he paid her for sex after finding her prostitution ads online before she went to jail, the sheriff said.<br />
Spark met the second woman, 25-year-old shauna Boselli last year at a porn convention in Tampa, according to deputies.<br />
He engaged in sexual acts with Napolitano, who is detained on drug charges, at least six times between June and December, investigators said.</p>

<p>The rooms where Spark would allegedly meet with the women does not have recording equipment in it and there&#8217;s only a small window on the door. He reportedly, would film the woman in the private room and start by asking her to narrate sexual fantasies. Spark would stand in front of the door, blocking the window while she performed a sex act, according to Gualtieri.<br />
Lawyers are normally allowed to bring in electronic devices so they can be &#8220;efficient in the representation of their clients&#8221; the sheriff said.<br />
He&#8217;d then pay the women $30 to $40 in their commissary accounts. While the amount of money wasn&#8217;t very high, Gualtieri said it eventually added up.<br />
Records show Spark has never represented Napolitano, but investigators say he began paying her for sex about three years ago.</p>

<p>Spark had previously worked for the Florida Attorney General&#8217;s Office as an assistant attorney general but quit in 2011. A spokeswoman for Attorney General Pam Bondi told the Tampa Bay Times he was also the subject of an internal investigation for using a work computer to do personal business. The investigation was closed after he quit.<br />
He was released from jail Sunday after posting $5,300 in bail, but wouldn&#8217;t talk to detectives. Spark told authorities he wanted a lawyer.<br />
Neither woman faces charges in the case.</p>
