A Kentucky woman and her boyfriend have been arrested after her fiancé’s body was found buried in a shallow grave.
Lisa Renee Harvey, 50, and Rick Aaron Fisher, 43, were arrested Saturday evening and charged with murder after Hardin County police received an anonymous tip of a possible homicide.
When officers arrived to the Elizabethtown home, they found ‘freshly disturbed dirt’ in the wooded area near the house.
The body of was found late Saturday night in a shallow grave off a narrow, gravel-topped road surrounded by thick trees and growing crops.
After authorities identified the victim as Andrew Folena. The dead man’s fiancée 50-year-old Harvey of Elizabethtown, was arrested as well as her boyfriend, Fisher, 43, of Louisville, Kentucky.

Harvey and Fisher were taken into custody arrested Saturday and charged with murder after police found the body of her fiancé buried in a shallow grave

Cadaver dogs were then brought in to assess the area.
‘The dogs alerted to the disturbed ground … after just a few inches of dirt was removed, a body was discovered,’ Hardin County Sheriff John Ward said.
The body was that of Harvey’s fiancé, Andrew Folena, 58, of Illinois.
They were arrested after police arrived to a Elizabethtown, Kentucky home and found ‘freshly disturbed dirt’ nearby.
According to an arrest report, Fisher was found ‘sweating heavily’ as he exited the wooded area where the body was found.

Harvey of Elizabethtown, and Aaron Fisher of Louisville, Kentucky, have been charged with murder and are being held in lieu of $500,000 cash bonds in the Hardin County Detention Center.
They appeared for arraignment this morning in Hardin District Court and preliminary hearings were scheduled for June 22.
