An American man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing his Japanese wife to death outside a Tokyo court before they were due to have a divorce hearing.
The man has not been named but is described by local media as a 32-year-old US citizen. His name was not released due to concern about his mental condition and his motive was not known, police said.
