<p>The remains were found on a farm in Braymer, a town of around 870 people about 50 miles northeast of Kansas City,<br />
Brothers Nick Diemel, 35, and his brother Justin, 24, who run a livestock company were in Missouri on business involving cattle when they went missing on July 21.<br />
Nick and Justin never boarded their flight home after traveling on business to a farm in Braymar, Missouri, where remains were <a href="https://www.kmbc.com/article/caldwell-county-authorities-provide-update-on-missing-wisconsin-brothers-nick-justin-diemel/28567529">later found</a>.<br />
Authorities located the truck the brothers had rented, abandoned in a commuter lot in Holt with the keys still in the ignition, engine running and lights on.<br />
“The cause of death has not been determined,” Clinton County Sheriff Larry Fish said Wednesday. “This is still an active investigation and the human remains have not been identified at this time. Investigators are still working with Frontier forensic doctors to figure out what took place.”</p>

<p>Official reports state that the farm is run by 25-year-old Garland “Joey” Nelson, who was arrested last week in the case. <a href="http://ronmat96.fxexperts.hop.clickbank.net"><img src="https://www.wallstreet-forex.com/images/banners/wsfr_2_evolution_768x90_1.jpg" rel="prettyPhoto"></a> Nelson, was charged with tampering with a motor vehicle after reportedly admitting to moving the rental truck signed out to Nick Diemel in the rental agreement. Clinton County Sheriff Larry Fish said authorities were assisted Tuesday by a forensic anthropologist from Frontier Forensics who confirmed that human remains have been located at the search area in Braymer. Nelson allegedly tampered with the vehicle rented by the brothers. The truck was recovered in a parking lot near Holt with the keys still in the ignition, engine running and lights on, authorities said. Nelson was ordered Monday held without bond at the Caldwell County Detention Center.</p>
<p>In a probable cause statement, a Caldwell County sheriff&#8217;s deputy wrote that Nicholas Diemel rented a Ford truck July 20 in northwest Missouri. Sheriff&#8217;s deputies found the truck July 22 in a commuter parking lot near Holt.<br />
GPS used to track the truck showed it leaving a Comfort Inn in Cameron, Missouri, on the morning of July 21 and arriving a short time later at an address where Nelson conducts farm operations. More than two hours later, the truck left the farm and eventually arrived at the commuter lot, where it was left with the keys in the ignition and the lights on, according to court documents.<br />

Nelson admitted he left it there, according to the charging document.<br />
Nelson was sentenced in 2016 to two years in prison for selling more than 600 head of cattle that he didn&#8217;t own. Federal prosecutors said at the time that Nelson pleaded guilty to cattle fraud that caused more than $262,000 in losses. He was released from prison in March 2018.</p>
