Webb, 51, admitted to the FBI that he snatched the girl on May 18 while fighting off her mother.
Surveillance video showed the girl’s mother jumping into the vehicle and desperately trying to save her daughter before the kidnapper shoved her out and drove off.
The car sped off and the mother immediately dialed 911, screaming: ‘Help me please, someone call the police, my daughter just got kidnapped.’
Seven hours later, armed officers surround Webb’s door. They batter it down before a naked Webb emerges with his arms in the air.
In the clip, police – who had checked the room two hours earlier but had not found the girl – can be seen then rescuing the young girl after pulling her from a laundry basket.
It is understood the little girl had remained hidden during both searches as Webb had
threatened to hurt her family if she spoke out.
Webb told officers: ‘I told her if she said anything, that I would do something to her parents, and if I was in jail, I would have my friends to do it.’
Acting on a tip, police in nearby Forest Hill had searched Webb’s hotel room earlier in the day but did not find the girl.
Two hours later, after getting another tip, Forest Hill and Fort Worth police responded. It was this time the girl was found hidden in a laundry basket.

Two citizens reported seeing a car that matched the Amber Alert description in the parking lot of the WoodSprings Suites hotel in Forest Hill and contacted authorities.
U.S. Attorney Nealy Cox said of Webb’s sentence: ‘We believe that justice has been served in this case, and we are thankful for and agree with the judge’s decision to sentence him to life in prison.
