Bijou who has pled guilty to child sex trafficking made arrangements for the 13-year-old girl to meet men for sex, some as old as 50, multiple times a day. – On June 4, the child had sexual encounters with six johns in a span of three hours
According to federal court records obtained by Sun-Sentinel, the 13-year-old girl told authorities she ran away from her Tamarac, Florida, home in May because she was ‘bored.’ Her family reported her missing within days of her disappearance.
A short time later, the child met Bijou at a party, and the 19-year-old allegedly offered to help the young runaway make some money by become a prostitute.
According to the documents, Bijou made arrangements for the 13-year-old girl to meet men for sex, some as old as 50, multiple times a day.
On June 4, the child had sexual encounters with six johns in a span of three hours, according to the records.
After Bijou and Horenstein had a falling out, the 13-year-old girl went to work for a new madam identified as 27-year-old Souprina Blanc, [photo]. The teen was recovered working for Blanc
Bijou later invited Horenstein and Lewinson to join the sex trafficking operation to help advertise the child’s services as a prostitute online and set up rendezvous with clients, according to authorities. Prosecutors said Horenstein and Lewinson posted pictures of the teen on illicit websites that advertised commercial sex acts.
Between May and June, the child had sex for money with hundreds of men, earning her the nickname ‘breadmaker’ from Horenstein, according to the documents.
Three days after the girl’s disappearance, a relative had received a startling text from her. She said she had had sex with “so many people.”
The concerned family member alerted the authorities, eventually leading to the suspected traffickers’ arrests.
Concerned for her safety, that relative turned over the runaway girl’s phone records to investigators, who discovered that the juvenile’s phone had been in constant contact with a number listed on numerous online prostitution advertisements.
Among her traffickers, the business relationship between Bijou and Horenstein had soured, and the 13-year-old had gone to work as a prostitute for another madam.
The new ‘sexploiter’, 27-year-old Souprina Blanc, allegedly went on to arrange at least a half-dozen sexual encounters with men at Airbnb rentals.
Miami-Dade Police and FBI used that number to set up a sting, setting up surveillance on June 11 around a Miami residence they suspected harbored the girl.
When a girl matching the runaway’s description exited the residence, authorities apprehended her, quietly, then raided the home and found Blanc in the living room.
A further search of the property turned up a naked woman in the bedroom and a naked man hiding in the shower.
Bijou and Horenstein were arrested on August 15. Lewinson was apprehended on November 21, and Blanc was arrested last week. All four are being held without bond.
Bijou pleaded guilty to sex trafficking on November 19.
