Authorities in Massachusetts have accused Dr. Ingolf of killing his wife Kathleen McLean, 45, whose remains were found in an outdoor area near their Valley Road home in Dover late Saturday. the manner of her death died has not disclosed.<br />
McLean, who was last seen in her home, had been missing since Thursday.<br />
By the weekend, Norfolk District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey&#8217;s office issued a statement calling McLean&#8217;s disappearance &#8216;suspicious&#8217; and said an investigation was underway.</div>

<p><span style="color: var(--color-text);">Massachusetts State Police joined cops from Dover and Dedham and developed information about McLean&#8217;s possible when they located her remains sometime after 11 p.m. Saturday, authorities say.</span></p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">Massachusetts State Police, as well as police departments in Dover and Dedham began investigating McLean’s disappearance after she went missing on Thursday, the report said.<br />
Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrissey on Saturday issued a statement calling McLean’s disappearance “suspicious”.<br />
Tuerk was arrested that night after police “developed information” about the whereabouts of the body and found her, the outlet said.<br />
Tuerk who describes himself in his twitter profile s a &#8216;robotic surgeon&#8217; was born in Germany. He obtained his degree from Humboldt University in Berlin.<br />
A family portrait has the couple posing with four youths on Facebook and while the couple each describe themselves on social media as parents, it was not clear if they had children together.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">LinkedIn lists a surgeon by the same name as Tuerk serving as chief of urology at St. Elizabeth&#8217;s Medical Center.<br />
<span style="color: var(--color-text);">Tuerk while working at St. Elizabeth&#8217;s, was accused of falsely </span><span style="color: var(--color-text);">billing Medicaid.<br />
A statement from the office of AG Maura Healey&#8217;s offices states that Tuerk, &#8217;caused improper billings to MassHealth of over $31,000.&#8217;<br />
The fraud case was resolved under the terms of a settlement reached in November.<br />
</span>He agreed to pay $150,000 to resolve the allegations under the terms of the settlement, according to the office of the Attorney General.</p>

The reports of the fraud compiled by the attorney general&#8217;s office details how Dr. Tuerk allegedly &#8216;instructed his residents and fellows at the hospital to document the use of ultrasound probes during partial nephrectomies (kidney removal) in patient medical records, even when they had not been used during surgeries.&#8217;</p>
