<p class="mol-para-with-font">Videos recorded by bodycams worn by the two cops who arrested, as well as the video from the dashboard camera video have been released showing two Oklahoma police officers firing their tasers at a naked man 53 times during a July 2019 arrest.<br />
The subject, 28-year-old Jared Lakey, died at a hospital two days later.<br />
A year later, on July 1, 2020, the two Wilson Police Department officers who had arrested Lakey were charged with second-degree murder in connection with his death.<br />
The Tulsa-based law firm Bryan &; Terrill Law, which has been representing Lakey&#8217;s family, on Monday released graphic recordings from the officers&#8217; body cameras and dashboard cameras, showing their confrontation with a nude Lakey in Wilson, Oklahoma, on July 4, 2019.</p>

</span><span style="color: var(--color-text); font-size: 1rem;">Lakey stopped breathing a short time later, but according to the attorneys, the officers on the scene failed to render medical aid for more than three minutes.<br />
</span><span style="color: var(--color-text); font-size: 1rem;">He was eventually hospitalized and died on July 6. A medical examiner concluded that the 28-year-old died from a heart attack coupled with police use of an ‘electrical weapon.&#8217;<br />
