A Los Angeles property owner has sued rapper DaBaby for assault and battery, after a short term rental in December went terribly wrong.
Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, better known by his stage namme ‘ DaBaby’, 29, is accused of being a party to a violent tussle in which a 64-year-old Gary Pagar claimed he was ‘beat, punched, spat on, threatened, shoved, and robbed’ in confronting the rapper over the terms of their rental agreement.
In court documents filed in Los Angeles, homeowner Gary Paga, states that he had rented the home to the rapper for the purposes of ‘a private vacation’ with nine friends for an agreed-upon fee of $43,706.
Pagar summarized his damages in legal documents accusing DaBaby and his associates of assaulting and robbing the 64-year-old complainant

As seen in a video trending on Twitter, about 30 people were on hand at the time of the incident. Pagar says no one came to his aid amid the onslaught from his much-larger attacker.
As the attack was going on the entertainer was seen in a nearby red convertible in the clip.


Pagar told the court that the rapper exited the vehicle to ‘taunt, threaten and punch’ him, stole his phone, and threatened him not to call the police.

A video of the incident showed the confrontation unfold at the Southern California abode.
