<p>CCTV footage captured the chilling moment a three year old girl was &#8220;carried away to be raped and murdered&#8221; after her mum sold her for drugs in Pedro Juan Caballero, Paraguay.<br>Luz Maida was horrifically sold in the middle of the night in return for £10 worth of crack cocaine.<br>The three-year-old&#8217;s mum, Aurelia Salinas, 42, made the disturbing exchange with her drug dealer boyfriend. </p>

<p>Three-year-old Luz Maida was sleeping in her bed in the middle of the night when her mother, Aurelia Salinas, Salinas, 42, woke her up to deliver her into the arms of a man in exchange for the dose of crack<br>Chilling footage shows an adult male boyfriend carrying off the little girl in his arms in the early hours of the morning. In the CCTV footage seized by police, Salinas&#8217; boyfriend can be seen walking early Friday morning carrying little Luz, who was still alive.</p>

<p><br>While the man treks down a dirty path with Luz slung over his shoulder, he can be seen slapping her with his free hand to stop her fidgeting.<br>Just over 24 hours after the shocking crimes were committed, the little girls body was discovered by horrified neighbors in an abandoned house.<br>Her corpse was found covered in a shirt and placed on top of a bed after the dealer had raped and murdered the toddler.<br>Initial reports on the case suggest the three-year-old was suffocated.</p>

<p>According to local reports, enraged locals attempted to lynch Salinas as she was being arrested after allegedly confessing her involvement in her daughters murder to police. Her boyfriend later confessed to the murder, local media has said.<br>Salinas initially told police that Luz had disappeared in her sleep but afer cops discovered the CCTV footage, she admitted to selling her for crack cocaine.<br>The 42-year-old has been arrested along with her boyfriend and another man who is also believed to be involved.</p>

There he met several people, including the child&#8217;s mother Aurelia Salinas.<br>Mongelós acknowledged that he accompanied Aurelia Salinas to her house to continue drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking. <br>Then they both would have gone to the abandoned house where, the next day, they found Luz Maida. </p>

<p>Cops have allegedly said that Salinas was under the influence of drugs and seemed unbothered about her daughters whereabouts while they searched for her.<br>It has also been reported that more than 300 locals attended Luz&#8217;s funeral and a group of local Neighbors later burned down the house where her corpse was discovered.<br>Investigators have claimed the family had a &#8220;history of tragedies&#8221;, after the mum-of-eight allegedly allowed her 12-year-old daughter to be sexually abused by the 32-year-old man. <br>Both cases are currently under investigation.</p>
