Chilling footage shows an adult male boyfriend carrying off the little girl in his arms in the early hours of the morning. In the CCTV footage seized by police, Salinas’ boyfriend can be seen walking early Friday morning carrying little Luz, who was still alive.

Luz, who was last seen in the CCTV footage wearing a blue dress with Disney’s Frozen characters printed on it was betrayed by her mum for pieces of crack cocaine.
The heart breaking clip shows the innocent girl trying to tear herself away from Salinas’ boyfriend as he fled from the home with her.

While the man treks down a dirty path with Luz slung over his shoulder, he can be seen slapping her with his free hand to stop her fidgeting.
Just over 24 hours after the shocking crimes were committed, the little girls body was discovered by horrified neighbors in an abandoned house.
Her corpse was found covered in a shirt and placed on top of a bed after the dealer had raped and murdered the toddler.
Initial reports on the case suggest the three-year-old was suffocated.

According to local reports, enraged locals attempted to lynch Salinas as she was being arrested after allegedly confessing her involvement in her daughters murder to police. Her boyfriend later confessed to the murder, local media has said.
Salinas initially told police that Luz had disappeared in her sleep but afer cops discovered the CCTV footage, she admitted to selling her for crack cocaine.
The 42-year-old has been arrested along with her boyfriend and another man who is also believed to be involved.

Homicide investigators have arrested Jorgelino Guanes Benítez, a 28-year-old with a history of family violence and coercion and Milciades Javier Cristaldo Mongelós, 32, who has an outstanding arrest warrant for child sexual abuse. 
Mongelós, a known child sex offender, had been cohabiting with the Salina’s 12-year-old daughter for two years.
Mongelós in his statement, admitted that he went to the settlement where the three-year-old lived to buy drugs. There he met several people, including the child’s mother Aurelia Salinas.
Mongelós acknowledged that he accompanied Aurelia Salinas to her house to continue drinking alcoholic beverages and smoking. 
Then they both would have gone to the abandoned house where, the next day, they found Luz Maida.

Jorgelino Guanes Benítez, 28, and Milciades Javier Cristaldo Mongelós, 32, have been arrested and charged with abuse of Salina’s 12-year-old daughter. Mongelós, who had an oustanding warrant for child sex abuse had been cohabiting with the pre-teen for two years

Cops have allegedly said that Salinas was under the influence of drugs and seemed unbothered about her daughters whereabouts while they searched for her.
It has also been reported that more than 300 locals attended Luz’s funeral and a group of local Neighbors later burned down the house where her corpse was discovered.
Investigators have claimed the family had a “history of tragedies”, after the mum-of-eight allegedly allowed her 12-year-old daughter to be sexually abused by the 32-year-old man.
Both cases are currently under investigation.
