<p class="wp-block-paragraph">When staff discovered her body on the 10.30 am, the hotel guest who checked in the day before was lying beneath a blanket, beside a bloody broken iron.<br>Police say that a pair of blood-splattered men&#8217;s pants were found alongside Oleas-Arancibia&#8217;s body, with cops revealing the suspect was caught on camera fleeing the scene wearing her leggings. <br>Surveillance photos shows the suspect walking at night along a well-lit Manhattan street, wearing light colored women&#8217;s leggings, black hoodie and tan jacket.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Almansoori was taken into custody after police say he stabbed a woman at a fast food restaurant in the city of Surprise.<br>Phoenix police responding after an assault at a McDonald&#8217;s restaurant found a woman with multiple stab wounds. Police say that Almansoori was arrested shortly after he tried to flee in a stolen car.<br>The suspect admitted while in custody to an earlier stabbing a few days prior on Phoenix. In that incident, a woman was stabbed when a man attempted to steal her car at knifepoint.<br>Almansoori was booked into the Maricopa County jail on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and theft in connection with the Surprise incident.<br>He was also charged with robbery, assault, theft and criminal damage in the separate Phoenix investigation. He is being held without bond. <br>While in custody, Almansoori is also said to have told officers about attacks in Florida and the one in New York City. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Police said last week that they had been using &#8216;extensive video&#8217; to track down the person of interest in the February 8 murder of Denisse Oleas-Arancibia. <br>Oleas-Arancibi, sources later revealed, was a sex worker, having been spotted days before her death on the streets of Roosevelt Avenue in Queens. The city medical examiner&#8217;s office said she died of compression to her neck and blunt head trauma.<br>Found with significant head trauma, she was unconscious and unresponsive when cops arrived on scene. She was pronounced dead by EMS.<br>The body was found when wellness calls were made to the front desk for her, throughout the evening, prompting the outreach by staff. <br>It is further reported that one hotel staff did walk into her room, despite a &#8216;Do Not Disturb&#8217; sign on the handle, and left after seeing her on the floor under a blanket. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Ecuadorian native came to the United States five years ago, leaving behind family including one of her children.<br>Among the kids who crossed the border with her is 18-year-old Edwin Cevallos who he had been living with his mother and her nephew in an Queens apartment, and spoke to his mother one day before her death.<br>Interviewed by local media after her death, Cevallos said he saw changes in his mother&#8217;s demeanor a week before the tragedy. &#8216;She was so nervous and she was worried,&#8217; he said.<br>Waiting to meet his mom Thursday morning, he phoned the police when he still didn&#8217;t see her at 1 pm, <br>While the teen conceded that he didn&#8217;t know his mother&#8217;s occupation, he said she was &#8216;always working for us to give us the best life in this country.&#8217; <br>I am &#8216;in shock,&#8217; he says. &#8216;Everything here in New York reminds me of her. Everything.&#8217;<br>&#8216;My mom, she worked very hard,&#8217; said Cevallos who joined her in the US two years ago.</p>

She was always looking to help them move forward,&#8217; the teen said.<br>His mother had worked tirelessly to achieve the American Dream and provide a better life for her children: &#8216;She gave us the life that we always wanted,&#8217; Cevallos said.<br></p>
