The sugar daddy murder suspect in the slaying of a 33-year-old artist at a luxury Hamptons boutique hotel has killed himself, police announced on Wednesday.
Thomas Gannon, 56, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home on Hidden Brooke Drive in Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
His alleged victim Sabina Rosas from Brooklyn, New York City, was found dead on Monday afternoon inside a bedroom at the luxury Long Island Spa, the Shou Sugi Ban House, in Water Mill, Suffolk County.

Gannon is believed to have fled the $1,250-a-night hotel on Monday morning, taking a taxi to his property in Pennsylvania, around a four-hour drive from Long Island. 
Rosas fiancé and her mentor confirmed that she had been in a relationship with Gannon.
Authorities in Suffolk County had indicated, prior to naming the suspect, that they believed Rosas’ death resulted from a domestic incident.

The man suspected of killing Rosas, 56-year-old Thomas Gannon, was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home on Hidden Brooke Drive in Honesdale, Pennsylvania

Rosas, who is known under another surname as Sabina Khorramdel, was born in Tajikistan and moved to the US in 2009 at the age of 17. 
Last year she arrested in Miami for battery. Mugshots from the arrest show the artist with a black eye. 
Cops have not released a cause of death for the victim, pending an autopsy, but Rosas heartbroken family issued the following statement: ‘Today, we learned of the tragic news that Thomas Gannon, the suspect in the murder of our beloved Sabina Rosas, has taken his own life.
‘This news has left our family with a mix of sorrow and frustration. While we are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life, we also feel a profound sense of injustice.
‘Sabina deserves justice, and we were seeking accountability for her death’.
They lament that the loss of the suspect means we will never hear the truth about what happened to her, adding that this outcome has robbed them of the opportunity to find closure through the legal process.

Sabina Rosas was found dead inside a bedroom on Monday afternoon at the boutique luxury Hamptons hotel – The Shou Sugi Ban House, in Water Mill, Suffolk County. Suffolk County police has called the death suspicious and said the woman was a victim of violence

The crime scene, Shou Sugi Ban House, is ‘a private sanctuary and gated compound surrounded by evergreen trees and lush grasses.’
The retreat which opened it’s doors in 2019, offers 13 guest studios across three acres as well as ‘standalone luxury residences for short-term rentals,’ according to its website. It since became a haunt for high value clients and celebrities.
