<p class="wp-block-paragraph">At the time of the crash, Lathers allegedly told Miami police that she had taken a party drug known as &#8216;Tusi,&#8217; or &#8216;Tuci&#8217; &#8211; also known as &#8216;pink cocaine&#8217; &#8211; before getting behind the wheel. <br>She allegedly told police the potent ketamine mix even made her believe she was from the future.<br>Officials later noted that the model&#8217;s license had been suspended since January, 2024 &#8211; seven months earlier.<br>Authorities also claim Lathers accelerated at &#8216;100 percent&#8217; from 57 mph to 78 mph before she slammed into the two other vehicles.<br>According to the arrest report, the first victim had to be extricated from his mangled vehicle but later died at the hospital. The other victim was killed on the spot.</p>
