An American Instagram model charged with killing two men in a pink cocaine-fueled car crash last summer brazenly demanded that a Miami court order her iPhone be given back as she awaits trial.

Pink cocaine, also known as Tusi, is a pink powder that is a mix of ketamine and other drugs like MDMA, methamphetamine, opioids, and other psychoactive substances like bath salts.

A Miami-Dade court denied her request to have her iPhone and two iPads back, because prosecutors want to inspect the devices for potential evidence on her drug use before the tragic crash. 
Prosecutors are working to break through the phone’s password protection in order to find more information about Lathers’ whereabouts on August 10, the day of the crash.
The crash killed Abraham Molina and his friend Jesus Rubio. Molina’s fiancée Juanita Hernandez was injured.

Video footage captured Lathers stumbling away from the scene of the horror collision in Miami in August, 2024. She was found vomiting minutes after she crashed her white Mercedes into a black Range Rover and silver Suzuki.
The arrest report stated bystanders had to grab her and bring her back to prevent her from running away from the scene before police arrived.

At the time of the crash, Lathers allegedly told Miami police that she had taken a a party drug known as ‘pink cocaine’ before getting behind the wheel. Officials later noted that her license had been suspended seven months earlier in January 2024

At the time of the crash, Lathers allegedly told Miami police that she had taken a party drug known as ‘Tusi,’ or ‘Tuci’ – also known as ‘pink cocaine’ – before getting behind the wheel. 
She allegedly told police the potent ketamine mix even made her believe she was from the future.
Officials later noted that the model’s license had been suspended since January, 2024 – seven months earlier.
Authorities also claim Lathers accelerated at ‘100 percent’ from 57 mph to 78 mph before she slammed into the two other vehicles.
According to the arrest report, the first victim had to be extricated from his mangled vehicle but later died at the hospital. The other victim was killed on the spot.

‘She advised she was under the influence of Tuci [2C]. A known party drug and that she was from the future and had a crystal ball,’ said Miami-Dade Judge Mindy Glazer when Lather appeared before her in August 2024

Societal menace: Judge Teresa Pooler ordered that Lathers remain in jail while she awaits trial. The influencer is ‘extremely dangerous,’ the judge said 

Abraham Ismael, a father, was killed but his fiancée, Juanita Hernández somehow survived the bloody wreckage.
Lathers is charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter. 
Judge Teresa Pooler has ordered her to remain in jail while she awaits trial, arguing the influencer is ‘extremely dangerous.’
