High school teacher Brittany Fortinberry from Indiana is facing dozens of abuse charges after she was accused of inducing three underage boys to ‘gangbang’ her while wearing a Scream mask, authorities in Martinsville, Indiana alleged

A married teacher asked three underage boys to ‘gangbang’ her and ordered them to wear the Ghostface mask from the movie Scream during the orgy, police said in the arrest affidavit.
Indiana high school teacher, Brittany Fortinberry, 31, is facing dozens of charges over the sex abuse allegations made by her friend’s teenage son and several other accusers, all minors.
The new wave of allegations come after Fortinberry was charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy and sending explicit messages, pictures and videos to other kids at Eminence High School in Martinsville, IN.
The educator who was she was arrested for aggressively sexually assaulting a 15 year old boy, absurdly blamed her serial rape of up to 10 underage boys, to her weight loss.
Police said Fortinberry, of Martinsville in Indiana, told them that she regrets the day she lost 150 pounds because if she was still heavier she would not have engaged in reprehensible behavior.

Fortinberry had already been charged with sexual assault of a 15-year-old boy and allegedly sending explicit videos and pictures to other kids

Court filings state that the complainant’s grandmother filed a report in December, alleging that Fortinberry sexually attacked her then 15-year-old grandson. Interviewed a day later by cops, the woman who reiterated that her grandson was molested by Fortinberry, after she sent him nude photographs of herself. She also alleged that the predator not only gave the minor drugs, she threatened to kill herself if he told anyone about their relationship.
The detective later interviewed the minor who claimed the suspect contacted him on Snapchat, molested him multiple times, took him on an out-of-town trip, and they took showers together.
The student estimates that at least five and as many as 10 children have been victimized by Fortinberry.
The In the minor’s statements corroborated allegations in an earlier investigation in which all three underage orgy participants were equally graphic, with similarities in their accounts. They alleged that Fortinberry sent nude photographs and videos via social media and spent hundreds of dollars on weed, vapes and sent them clothing.

Five more alleged victims have since emerged, consequently a slew of additional charges loom against her and her husband Nicholas Fortinberry, who cops say was aware of the alleged abuse.
Fortinberry’s friend told Detective Sergeant Patrick Williams of Morgan County Sheriff’s Office how her son had been groomed by the teacher, according to the officer’s affidavit.
She detailed how Fortinberry allegedly showered her son in expensive football gifts and tried to message him repeatedly on SnapChat, until the boy’s mom told him to block her.
She explained that her suspicions were roused after details emerged of the charges against Fortinberry stemming from her time at  Eminence High School.

That prompted the mother to ask her son outright if anything happened. ‘He began to cry and told her that Fortinberry had bombarded him with sexually explicit videos of herself and had provided him with drugs and what he suspected was alcohol.’
The boy told a detective that Fortinberry, ‘would always make him food and would buy him anything he wanted’ including ‘vapes, weed, and THC carts (cartridges)’, according to his affidavit.
He made claims about several instances where Fortinberry allegedly plied him and friends with mushroom pills before encouraging them to touch her sexually.
‘Brittany would peer pressure them if they didn’t want to take the shrooms,’ the affidavit reads. ‘Brittany would grab their arm she would say, “just let it happen”.’
The boy claimed that on one occasion Fortinberry picked him and two friends and took them to the mall, before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night. The whistleblower was 13, his two friends were also underage.

Arriving at her home, Fortinberry ordered the trio to have group sex with her, well aware that her preferred partners were all underage. 
‘Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a ‘Scream’ mask to f**k her,’ the affidavit states.
That was a reference to the famous black and white ‘ghostface’ mask worn by the killers in the Scream series of horror movies.  
The boy also claimed that Fortinberry told him she would masturbate over his school photos, according to the filings.
The accuser additionally claimed that Fortinberry’s husband Nicholas Fortinberry was aware of the alleged abuse and threatened to ‘slaughter him in front of his family’ if he spoke about it.

Fortinberry’s session with the three underage boys happened at the couple’s home in Martinsville, Indiana. Victims claim that after ‘Brittany’s husband talked to them about not telling anybody and if they did that he would kill them in front of their family

‘Brittany’s husband talked to them about not telling anybody and if they did that he would kill them in front of their family.
‘Brittany told them afterwards that they better not tell anybody. 
‘Brittany’s husband also told them to wait until they were 16 […] this happened around the time the gangbang took place,’ according to the affidavit.
Following her arrest, Fortinberry in her police interview said she regretted losing 150lbs and would have acted differently if she was still heavier.
She was immediately suspended from her role with Eminence schools after the allegations emerged in August last year and resigned a day after. 
Based on the findings Nicholas Fortinberry has been charged with intimidation and failure to report a crime.
