A mother has been detained in Russia’s Chelyabinsk region after soliciting the contract killing of her pre-teen daughter.
The 46-year-old woman identified only by her first name Svetlana, reportedly offered a male acquaintance $1,255, [₽99,778], to drown her own child in a local river. However, unknown to her, the 12-year-old girl target eavesdropping behind a closed door, heard her mother’s macabre scheme to have her killed.
