<p>Canadian born NBA star Dillon Brooks, 29, has filed for a new restraining order against the mother of his two children and alleged that she threatened to &#8216;cut off&#8217; his fingers.<br>The Brooks who has just been traded to Phoenix Suns by the Houston Rockets, Wednesday afternoon filed the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), against Heather Andrews in Los Angeles.<br>In the TRO application Brooks alleges that Andrews, the mother to their two children aged five and two, hacked into his social media accounts, destroyed his belongings and threatened to jeopardize his basketball career.</p>

<p>The file shows that Brooks already had a restraining order against Andrews in place, which began in November 2024 and runs until the end of this month. <br>Brooks claimed that he initially met Andrews back in a Las Vegas nightclub in 2018. He alleged that, after a brief period of dating, she became pregnant. <br>He claims in the court papers that he was not informed directly about the pregnancy but, rather, found out via a social media post of a sonogram from Andrews.</p>

<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>Brooks shared a series of threat-laden text messages, purportedly sent by Heather Andrews across recent years</strong></p>



<p>He asserts in the court paper that the harassment began shortly after she fell pregnant and that Andrews would send &#8216;upwards of 100 messages&#8217; if he was not attentive, to his phone.<br>Brooks also claimed that Andrews would text him from &#8216;burner phone numbers&#8217; in order to get his attention. <br>After this period, Andrews visited him in Toronto, apologized for her behavior and &#8216;acted like a completely different person&#8217;, Brooks has claimed <br>In in the court paper, Brooks expatiating on the manipulation which he claims to have suffered at the hands of his ex-girlfriend, alleged that the positive change in attitude was merely a &#8216;rouse to get pregnant yet again&#8217;, as Andrews fell pregnant shortly after with their second child. <br>Once pregnant according to the filing, she quickly she became &#8216;more aggressive and threatening&#8217; again.<br>Brooks in the TRO application includes screenshots of text messages, allegedly sent by Andrews including one that reads: &#8216;I&#8217;ll habe [sic] someone cut each one of your f***ing little fingers off one by one.<br>&#8216;So you can never play basketball LOL&#8230; And actually now I understand why people are racist.&#8217;<br>Brooks also reportedly alleged that Andrews had made threats regarding his mother. He claimed she wrote: &#8216;I&#8217;ll send someone after your mom to [sic] b***h.&#8217;</p>

<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>Not done, Andrews allegedly threatened to to send screenshots of Brooks&#8217; private affairs to news outlets</strong></p>



<p>In a string of disturbing screenshots, Brooks claims Andrews wrote: &#8216;I really would consider not moving in that f***ing house because you&#8217;re going to be at risk living there. I&#8217;ll f*** that condo up too I&#8217;d change the locks if I were you&#8217;. <br>He also alleged that Andrews &#8216;vandalized&#8217; his house in Memphis after discovering that Brooks was dating another woman. He attached photos of apparent vandalism inside the home. &#8216;You Suck B***h&#8217; was written across one of the walls.</p>

<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>Brooks claimed that Andrews [photo], purposely got pregnant without his consent, not once but twice, then turned vicious and threatening. Times when he blocked her, she would text horrific messages from &#8216;burner phone numbers&#8217; to get his attention</strong></p>



<p>Another text message screenshot included in the file, allegedly from Andrews, read: &#8216;Got into your city national bank acct [sic] too LOL. Want to see a real scam?<br>&#8216;I&#8217;ll transfer money out your account into mine and say you did it&#8217;. <br>In one of the most recent episodes of alleged harassment, Brooks alleged in the court document that Andrews had gained access to a co-parenting app and sent a &#8216;criminal threat&#8217; message to herself.<br>The alleged forged message read: &#8216;Yo you&#8217;re out your mind messaging me. I told you Mirna and I have a relationship. I don&#8217;t give f*** about Mila and Luna or woulda been message you about this stuff. <br>&#8216;If you keep emailing or text it&#8217;s going to be problems. I&#8217;ll send someone to your crib to do something there will be no mom left. Mirna not scared she got the right people to come and f*** you up&#8217;.<br>The referenced name is Instagram model Mirna Habib, who Brooks reportedly, has been dating in recent months. </p>

<p>The file includes an alleged letter from the co-parenting app, OurFamilyWizard, which claimed &#8216;an unauthorized individual(s) gained access&#8217; to his account.<br>Brooks also claims in the court paper that Andrews had &#8216;gained unauthorized access to my Apple iCloud account&#8217; and had boasted about her &#8216;hacking&#8217; abilities.<br><br></p>
