A married Ohio woman will spend the rest of her life locked up in jail after she was convicted of raping an infant.  Last week a jury in Summit County convicted Kristina Jacobson of Akron, near Cleveland.
On June 12, the 39-year-old pled guilty to one count of rape, two counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, and one count of gross sexual imposition, according to a news release from the county prosecutor’s Office.
The judge ordered Kristine to register as a Tier III sex offender, furthermore she will not be given the possibility of parole. 
Kristina Jacobson abused an innocent child’s vulnerability and inability to defend or advocate for herself,’ Summit County Prosecutor Elliot Kolkovich said in a statement detailing the nature of the crime,
‘There is simply no excuse for this abhorrent crime.’  

In November 2024, Kristina’s 45-year-old husband, Scott Jacobson, [left], was also sentenced to life in prison without parole for raping two children.

Kristina’s husband, Scott Jacobson, 45, in an earlier decision was also sentenced to life in prison without parole for raping two children. He was sentenced in November after pleading guilty in August, 2024, the prosecutor revealed. 
Scott Jacobson was found guilty on two counts of gross sexual imposition, two counts of rape and 10 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, which state law defines a crime that involves material showing a minor involved in sexual activity, according to prosecutors.

Kristina and Scott Jacobson will both have to register as a Tier III sex offenders and will not be given the possibility of parole following their convictions for extreme pedophilia

Their victims are under the age of 13 and the abuse occurred between December 2011 to December 2015 and April to May 2024.
They will both have to register as a Tier III sex offenders and will not be given the possibility of parole.
