11&comma; 2022&comma; and saw a vehicle backed into a parking spot at Coastline Park&comma; cops said at the time&period; An officer found Fiengo in the driver&&num;8217&semi;s seat of the car&comma; dead from a gunshot wound&period; Police later confirmed Fiengo was pregnant and had just completed her first trimester&period;<br>investigation&comma; revealed that Fiengo went to the park the night to meet Faison&period;<br>The parents to be had been having multiple arguments about the pregnancy&comma; the jury heard testimony from Fiengo’s mother&comma; father&comma; aunt and grandmother&period; They jury also heard testimony from the killer’s family&comma; who asked for a life sentence instead of death&period;<br>In Florida&comma; at least eight of 12 jurors must vote in favor of the death penalty after finding at least one aggravating factor &&num;8211&semi; of which prosecutors provided many factors in the execution of the crime that met that requirement&period;<br><&sol;p>&NewLine;
