<p>JOHNNY Depp was given a restraining order amid domestic violence allegations yesterday — the day his movie Alice Through the Looking Glass came out with him as the Mad Hatter.</p>

Her allegation came just days after the couple called a shock end to their 15-month marriage. Amber, 30, turned up at the LA court with a stack of pictures and claimed she was struck by Johnny, 52, last Saturday night. Her filing included photographs of her injured face as well as photos from inside Amber and Johnny&#8217;s house showing what appears to be broken glass and a bottle on the floor.</p>

<p>In court filings, Amber Heard claims that Johnny Depp hit her with a cell phone, pulled her hair and screamed at her last Saturday night – and was abusive to her throughout their 15-month marriage.<br />
In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, Heard, 30, who filed for divorce from Depp on Monday and was granted a temporary restraining order against Depp on Friday, chronicles two separate accounts in which she says Depp physically abused her – including the night cops were called and she</p>

&#8220;During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me,&#8221; she claims in the documents.<br />
Depp&#8217;s attorney filed a response that alleges that Heard is trying to expedite and force Depp to pay spousal support<br />
&#8220;Amber is attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse,&#8221; said the attorney, according to court documents.<br />
However, Depp has not yet directly responded to the abuse allegations. His attorney and rep have not responded to requests for comment.<br />
On Saturday, May 21, Heard claims that she was having a conversation with two friends when Depp, 52, entered their downtown Los Angeles apartment. As the group of friends began to talk about the recent passing of Depp&#8217;s mom, the actor &#8220;began obsessing about something that was untrue&#8221; and became &#8220;extremely angry,&#8221; she states in the documents.<br />
In attempt to help relieve the situation, Heard began calling a friend who Depp was requesting to speak to, she states.<br />
&#8220;Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at iO [the friend],&#8221; she said. &#8220;I heard iO yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cellphone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cellphone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.&#8221; Heard submitted photos appearing to show a bruised eye as evidence.</p>

<p>The friend dialled 911 and police came to the pair’s home. Amber says Johnny had left, so they took a statement from her.<br />
Her claims follow reports that Johnny tried to save his marriage by offering Amber money to stay quiet after the bust-up.<br />
