Now 18, Lestina Marie Smith was sentenced to five years probation and 25 years on the sex offender registry, Monday 
She is accused of pulling knife on 19-year-old man and forcing him to have oral and vaginal sex with her
The defendant pled no contest to one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct 
Smith faced two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct which would have fetched a life sentence   
It was about revenge porn to counter a sex tape of them that the male victim had in his possession, Smith  defense said
She was planning to counter his anticipated release of his version on social media, but later deleted the sex tape 
Smith was additionally sentenced to 313 days of time already served in jail, she will also wear a GPS monitoring device for one year and was ordered to have no contact with the victim

An 18-year-old woman from Michigan accused of raping a young man at knifepoint earlier this year was given five years probation and 25 years on the sex offender registry, it was learned on Monday.

Lestina Marie Smith, of Saginaw Township, was 17 when the rape occurred on January 11. She was sentenced on Monday.
According to MLive.com Smith pled no contest to one count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, a 15-year felony. Presiding judge, Andre R. Borrello, also ordered Smith to undergo sex offender treatment.
On Jan 11, Smith, then 17, allegedly raped a 19-year-old man at knife point. She was  arraigned Jan. 17, on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Each charge carrying a maximum punishment of life in prison.
The defendant was facing the charges following the the Jan. 11 incident in Saginaw Township where she allegedly held another Saginaw teen at knife point and engaged in oral and vaginal sex with him.

As part of her plea deal, Smith is to have no contact with her victim, a 20-year-old male, and she will have to pay him $1,000 for damages done to his car. She was also sentenced to 313 days of time already served in jail and for the next year will have to wear a GPS monitoring device.

Initially, Smith faced life in prison for two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The victim sent a letter to the judge asking him not to send Smith to prison, according to Smith’s attorney.
James Gust also said that Smith had no prior criminal record, a key factor in the judge’s decision to show leniency.
‘Never in dealing with her, never did she appear to be someone who is a threat to society,’ he said.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on January 11 in Saginaw Township involving Smith and a 19-year-old male.
According to the authorities, Smith pulled a knife on the victim and forced him to engage in oral and vaginal sex with her, reported MLive.com.
The incident took place in the driveway of Smith’s step-sister.

Gust said the dispute was over the existence of a sex tape.
‘He allegedly had a sex tape that he was going to put out on social media,’ Gust said.
‘She wanted to make one with him so that she would have one to keep him from putting his out there.’ Smith eventually deleted the sex tape, her attorney said.
Smith and her victim had dated for about two months in 2016.
The man testified that once he arrived in the driveway on January 11, Smith got in his car, berated him, and took out her cell phone and began recording.
She reportedly, started to punch her victim before pulling a steak knife from her sleeve.
Smith then stabbed the man in the arm and poked him under the eye with the knife, according to his testimony.

The man was not injured by the stab, as it did not pierce his skin.
He testified that Smith took his phone and keys – preventing him from calling for help.
Smith then told him to go into the back seat with her. At knifepoint, she forced him to perform oral sex on her as she recorded the act.
According to the police reports, after the coerced sex acts, all recorded by Smith, the knife wielding attacker proceeded to slash up the interior of the car, including the seats and dashboard, with the knife.
Mlive reports that Smith then gave back the keys back to the victim who drove off to a nearby gas station, where he called police.
The victim has not been named due to the sexual nature of the crime, and no additional details about the suspected assault have been released by police.
