Domingo Bulacio, 57, dubbed “The Monster of Villa Balnearia,” fled his home in Villa Balnearia after his victim told authorities her dad had turned her into his sex slave when she was just 11 years old after kicking his wife out, although earliest reports state that the daughter said she was first sexually assaulted when she was eight years old in the Prior to fleeing the ‘family’s isolated single dwelling in Termas de Río Hondo.
The case exploded when the woman visited a health center in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, to attend to one of her children. The doctors asked the young woman who was the father of the children, she replied that she was her biological father.
After DNA tests confirmed all eight children his daughter Antonia, gave birth to were his, Domingo Bulacio was charged with sex crimes and ordered to stand trial.
Six of the eight children spent time living at a charity boarding school but are now reportedly back with their mother at the rundown family home, theSun reported.
Antonia told a local paper that she had been abused from an early age by her dad and another relative, and had received death threats since coming forward with her ordeal.
“From the moment my mom left home I became my father’s wife. He would hit me and used to chase me round the house with a lump of wood when he saw me chatting to a neighbor or simply wanted to abuse me,” she said.
“He threatened me constantly and I always feared for my life. He told me he would kill me if I said anything,” she continued, according to Daily Star.
The woman revealed the ghastly secret when she took her youngest son to a doctor, who asked her about the father, the Metro UK reported.
Prosecutors provided evidence in court that DNA tests confirmed that the pedophile fathered all eight of his daughter’s children.
Bulacio had been in custody since his arrest last year after spending 45 days as a fugitive. Authorities nabbed him in January 2016 after discovering hiding 30 miles away from his hometown at a relatives’ house in Loreto, Santiago del Estero, north central Argentina.
His relatives were among the 50 witnesses who gave evidence in court in the northern city of Santiago del Estero.
After the verdict Antonia said “I’m scared for my life and the life of my children because I’m receiving threats from my father’s relatives to withdraw my complaint against him,” she said. “I want him to rot in jail. I want justice to be done.”
According to local reports, the victim was abandoned by her mother, who was allegedly physically abused by Bulacio. Thrown out of the family home by her husband, she left with two of their three children, leaving her eleven year old daughter behind with Bulacio.
The mother is believed to have died two years after, and the other two youngest children went to live with relatives.
