Former USA Olympics team doctor, Larry Nassar’s sexual abuse victims spoke out during sentencing hearing
Nassar, 54, was in court to listen to victim impact statements prior to being sentenced
The disgraced team doctor earlier pled guilty to charges of abusing his juvenile patients, some as young as 6
Nassar was accused of molesting roughly 100 girls while he was a physician for USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University

Disgraced former USA Gymnastics team doctor Larry Nassar, came face to face with some of his accuers in court Tuesday. They were in there to testify at his sentencing hearing about how he sexually abused them beginning at a young age, often under the guise of providing medically necessary treatment.
Pointing out how devious Nassar was in his abuse of hapless victims, Kyle Stephens, whose parents were friends with Nassar, revealed she was abused by Nassar beginning at age 6 through 12.

Spoking first, Stephens said that Nassar exposed himself to her in a “dark boiler room,” rubbed his naked penis on her bare skin and put his finger in her adolescent vagina.
When she reported the abuse to her parents, they didn’t believe her.

“You convinced my parents that I was liar,” Stephens gets a hug after her jaw-dropping impact statement, on Tuesday, where she pointed how twisted and manipulative Nassar was
On Tuesday though, Stephens confronted a disgraced Nassar as she recounted the abuse, and said, “Little girls don’t stay little forever. They grow into strong women that return to destroy your world.”
Earlier in November, Nassar pled guilty to seven counts of criminal misconduct. He admitted to using his position as a trusted medical professional to sexually abuse young girls.
Upwards of 125 victims or their parents are expected to speak out about the abuse they endured and its long-lasting effects over several days of victim impact, according to a CNN report.

“He betrayed my trust, took advantage of my youth and sexually abused me hundreds of times,” former gymnast Alexis Moore told the extraordinary court hearing in Lansing, Michigan.
“Are you remorseful for your actions and all the lives you have changed forever?” Moore asked, addressing the 54-year-old Nassar directly.

Donna Markham spoke out Tuesday on behalf of her 12-year-old daughter, Chelsey, whom Nassar treated.
She said that on the drive home from the appointment, Chelsey erupted into tears as she described Nassar inserting his ungloved fingers into her vagina with Markham present in the room.
Chelsey became depressed and began using drugs, before taking her own life in 2009. She was aged 23, her mother testified.
“Every day I miss her. Every day. And it all started with him. It all started with him, and it just became worse as the years went by until she just couldn’t deal with it anymore,” Markham said.

Jade Capua described Nassar as “a monster that left me with more pain and scars than I came to his office with.”
Nassar’s victims include members of the 2012 and 2016 gold-medal winning American Olympic teams.
Nassar is escorted into court Tuesday. More than 100 victims or their parents are expected to address The disgraced doctor in court over several days.
Aly Raisman, Gabby Douglas and McKayla Maroney have all alleged that Nassar abused them.
Simone Biles, who won four gold medals in women’s gymnastics in 2016, said on Monday that she was also abused.
“For far too long I’ve asked myself ‘Was I too naive? Was it my fault?’ I now know the answer to those questions. no. No. It was not my fault. No, I will not and should not carry the guilt that belongs to Larry Nassar, USAG, and others,” Biles said.

The current Olympics teams have not been spared either, as Gabby Douglas, [second left], Aly Raisman [right], have all alleged that team doctor Nassar abused them. In her testimony, Olivia Cowan [seen with husband Craig], said she sees USA Gymnastics and MSU as being “in the same category of criminal as I do the criminal standing before us today,”
John Manly, an attorney representing more than 100 victims in civil lawsuits, argues that institutions including USA Gymnastics enabled Nassar’s abuse.
USA Gymnastics and Michigan State University both employed Nassar for years and are accused of ignoring complaints about Nassar.
Victim Olivia Cowan said she sees USA Gymnastics and MSU as being “in the same category of criminal as I do the criminal standing before us today,” according to CNN.
Both organizations say they took appropriate action when they learned of Nassar’s abuse.
