A New York teen who has accused two former narcotics detectives of rape and sexual during an unwarranted arrest was called a ‘stupid b—-’ by a process server who claimed to be from the Sheriff’s office, startling video she posted online shows.
“This isn’t harassment?!” the victim, who goes by Anna Chambers on social media, tweeted Tuesday when she posted cell phone video of the encounter.
Her attorney, Michael David, is demanding an investigation.
“This is a complete abuse of power,” David said Wednesday. “It’s disgusting.”

In the video, a beefy, bearded man inside Chambers’ front gate and records her as she walks up her stoop, asking him to leave.
“Don’t tell me what to do. I’m from the Sheriff’s office, I can do whatever I want,” the man said after indicating that he left a court subpoena for her.
When Chambers, who is off camera, apparently covers her face, the man asks her what she’s afraid of.
“This isn’t Russia, I’m not the KGB,” he said as Chambers, whose family is from Eastern Europe, orders him off her property.
“You stupid b—-,” the man is heard mumbling before the video ends.
Chambers, 19, has accused former NYPD Detectives Richard Hall and Eddie Martins of raping her after they arrested her for marijuana possession in Coney Island on Sept. 15.
She claims the two detectives took turns raping her in the back of their police van after taking her into custody.
Martins, 37, and Hall, 32, told investigators the sex was consensual. They resigned from the NYPD in November.

The two men face up to 25 years in prison if convicted of rape and kidnapping.
The subpoena that was served came from Martin’s attorney Mark Bederow’s office. The attorney is trying to acquire photos of her injured wrists after she was allegedly handcuffed and raped, sources with knowledge of the case said.
Chambers told authorities she had the photos but hasn’t provided them.

When reached Thursday, Bederow said he never wanted to send a process server but David wouldn’t take the subpoena for her client: “Her lawyer was asked repeatedly by us to accept service for the subpoena,” Bederow said.
“He continuously refused, preferring that we send someone to the house to serve her.”
“You have to wonder why they would prefer that,” he said.
Bederow said he has seen the video and “unequivocally condemns” what the server said to Chambers.
“The task that was given was to serve the subpoena,” Bederow said. “We don’t condone any of the other stuff that happened.”
David said no one should be treated by a process server this way — especially a rape victim.
“[Anna] is not doing well after this,” said David, who claimed that the man flashed a badge before the video started.
“This guy could be law enforcement. What he said was degrading to women, and he said it to a rape victim.”
