<p data-page="1">A New York teen who has accused two former narcotics detectives of rape and sexual during an unwarranted arrest was called a ‘stupid b&#8212;-’ by a process server who claimed to be from the Sheriff’s office, startling video she posted online shows.<br />
“This isn’t harassment?!” the victim, who goes by Anna Chambers on social media, tweeted Tuesday when she posted cell phone video of the encounter.</p>

<p>When reached Thursday, Bederow said he never wanted to send a process server but David wouldn’t take the subpoena for her client: “Her lawyer was asked repeatedly by us to accept service for the subpoena,” Bederow said.<br />
“He continuously refused, preferring that we send someone to the house to serve her.”</p>
