He was sentenced to 30 years in prison by Judge Leslie Ghiz after accepting a plea deal
Currently Willingham is already serving 24 years in an Indiana jail for unrelated drug charges

An Ohio woman used an 11-year-old girl to have sex with a man so that she could get her hands on heroin.
April Corcoran cleaned homes and businesses for Shandell Willingham throughout 2014. The woman struggled financially, living in the backyard of her parents.
Beginning in early 2014, April Corcoran began trading sex with an 11-year-old girl to Shandell Willingham in exchange for heroin, according to prosecutors.
Corcoran, who worked sporadically for Willingham cleaning homes and businesses, was addicted to the drug. She had little money. She lived in a tent in her parent’s backyard.
The girl was sodomized, raped and forced to perform oral sex by Willingham at his Camp Washington home, prosecutors say. Some of the acts were video recorded. The encounters happened between February and June 2014.
According to court documents, Corcoran arranged “multiple meetings” with Willingham, during which he would be alone with the girl.

Corcoran was said to have set up ‘multiple meetings’ that were 1-on-1 with Willingham.
The now 45-year-old drug dealer pled guilty to rape, sex trafficking and a child pornography charge on Monday at the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.
He was sentenced to 30 years in prison by Judge Leslie Ghiz after accepting a plea deal,
‘I have not seen a worse case,’ Ghiz asserted.
‘Thank your lucky stars for this plea deal. It makes my stomach turn. I can barely look at you.’

If she would have testified, prosecutors would have sought to have her do so via a video in another state.
Willingham is already serving 24 years in prison in Indiana on unrelated drug charges as well as child pornography charges. He will serve that sentence at the same time as his Hamilton County sentence.
In 2016, Ghiz sentenced Corcoran to 51 years to life in prison.
