A man allegedly killed his 25-year-old girlfriend and her mother before filming himself screaming ‘I’m sorry’ and turning the gun on himself during a standoff with SWAT in Texas over the weekend.
The shooter livestreamed the outcome of his muderous activities that left two people dead. He then turned the gun on himself as SWAT closed in.
Sources identified the victims on on social media as Marietta Matthews, 25, and her mother Tamiko Merriwether, 55.
The shooter is alleged to be Mathews’ 24-year-old boyfriend, Nathan Rashad James.

‘Oh my God, bro. Oh my God,’ the man believed to be James says at the start of the video.
He continues: ‘This s**t is crazy, dog. This s**t is crazy, dog. This shit is crazier than a motherf***ker dog.’
The man then pans the camera to show Merriwether’s body still breathing slumped on the coach, which is covered in blood, as she grips her phone.
‘Oh, she’s here! Call 911 again, somehow she’s still breathing!’ he says to his viewers.
The man then walks over to his dead girlfriend’s body lying in a pool of blood as he calls out to her, ‘Baby!’
In another part of the video, the weapon is seen on the couch next to Merriwether’s body as James shouts: ‘I had to protect my life, I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.’
In the gruesome video Marietta Matthews was seen on the ground in a pool of her own blood.

James then grabs Matthews’ face by her chin as video shows her left eye blasted out of her head.
In other parts of the video, James was heard loudly repeating: ‘I’m sick, it’s crazy dog.’
Dallas police responded to an active shooter call in the 9800 block of Summerwood Circle around 4.30pm on Sunday.
According to a statement from the department, as officers approached the apartment building, a suspect fired shots at the officers, striking their marked squad car.
The officers backed off and immediately called for SWAT.
James allegedly killed his 25-year-old girlfriend and her mother in Dallas on Sunday.

While police have not released the identities of the victims or suspect, one of the victims has been identified on social media as Marietta Matthews.

When SWAT arrived to the scene, they made ‘several’ attempts to get the suspect to surrender before entering the complex around 7pm. Upon entry, the officers found two women and one male dead from gunshot wounds.
Police said ‘it does not appear that any officers discharged their weapons, nor were there any officers injured’.
In an Instagram post, Matthews was identified as an alumnae of University of Central Missouri. She and her mom were reportedly shot with a semi-automatic shot gun.
Their killer then filmed himself on Instagram Live, screaming and pacing up and down, yelling he was sorry and that ‘he tried to leave’.
A portion of the video appears to show the suspect holding a weapon as he walked around the room.
James’ body was later found by police, alongside his victims, when they breached the apartment.
