Germarcus David, 29, is charged with killing five family members, including his own infant, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Dept.
Responding cops found his mother-in-law and her four young grandkids are shot dead inside their home in Lancashire, LA, around 10.30pm on Sunday
The unnamed woman said to be in her fifties and the four children under the age of 12 – including an infant – were found dead inside their Lancaster, California home on Sunday night
Held on a $2million bail, he’s scheduled to appear in Antelope Valley Court on Tuesday
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the home at around 10.30pm after they received a call that someone stopped breathing
On arrival officers found the adult woman, three boys and a girl with gunshot wounds to the upper torso, all were pronounced dead at the scene
The suspect was detained after he arrived at the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station to turn himself in
After being interviewed by homicide detectives for hours, David was arrested on murder chargesÂ
The motive for the shooting has not been released

A man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of his four young children and their grandmother after they were found inside a California home.
Germarcus David, 29, said to be children’s father, andd son-in-law of the murdered woman was arrested hours later. He is being held on $2 million bail, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Sheriff’s officials said the suspect was detained after he arrived at the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station to turn himself in. After being interviewed by homicide detectives for hours, David was arrested on murder charges.Â
Local media port that the adult female reportedly, is the grandmother of the four grandchildren in the Lancaster home where the five victims were found dead from, gunshot wounds, on Sunday night.


As ABC 7 reports, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a home in Lancaster, north of Los Angeles, at around 10.30pm, Sunday after they received a call that someone had stopped breathing.
When the deputies arrived at the scene, they found the children’s grandmother, only identified as a woman in her 50s, and all of the young victims suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso.
All of the children – three boys and a girl, according to CBS Los Angeles – are under the age of 12, including one infant. They were all pronounced dead at the scene.Â
The children’s father later turned himself into the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station and was interviewed by investigators, before his arrest for quintuple-homicide in the deaths.Â

The victim’s names have not been released.Â
The circumstances around the deaths and a possible motive are also unclear as of Monday morning.Â
The homicides are now under investigation.
Germarcus David is due to appear in Antelope Valley Court on Tuesday.
