The fugitive Colorado school secretary accused of raping a young male student was turned in to police by her husband, shocking new police documents reveal. 
Brenda Meza, 34, is wanted by Colorado police after she allegedly admitted to having unlawful intercourse with an underage boy in the backseat of her car, according to an arrest affidavit.
The mother-of-two and the teen had sex on multiple occasions and shared dozens of explicit text messages in which they exchanged nude photographs and discussed sex acts in graphic detail, the affidavit said.
In one disturbing message, Meza told the boy his manhood was bigger than her husband’s, detectives alleged.
An anonymous tip about Meza’s alleged relationship with the student reached the school in early February and after school officials confronted her, she went home and confessed to her husband that she “got high” and had creepy interactions with the teen, the affidavit says.
It was Meza’s husband who later reported her to law enforcement.

Cops visited the couple’s Greeley home on February 12 where mom-of-two Meza initially only admitted that she and the student “got super close to each other… . . almost the point of having sex,” before confessing to further sexual contact, according to the affidavit.
She later admitted to having intercourse with the boy in the back seat of her car, according to docs.
Meza’s alleged victim is three years below the age of consent in her home state.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on March 11 charging her with multiple felonies, including sexual assault of a child, she was gone from her home. 
She remains at large, and authorities in Colorado believe she fled the State. 
Meza and the teenage boy, alleged connected after the boy found her Instagram during Thanksgiving break, sparking a series of sick text exchanges, including sexting, which under questioning Meza said she had deleted from her phone, because she didn’t want her husband to see them. 
Their relationship escalated in January when the alleged victim told Meza he was quitting marijuana and invited her to join him on his last ever smoke, the affidavit said.
According to the affidavit, the pair met in a Walmart parking lot. Meza allegedly provided the teen with two Buzz Ball cocktails, which contain 15 percent alcohol and she consumed marijuana edibles
After they became inebriated, the pair allegedly started to kiss and touch each other, according to the affidavit. They allegedly then moved to the backseat and had sex for the first time.
Meza drove the teen home and then returned to her hoe to her husband Noe Meza and children. 
The secretary and student ceased communication for three days, but resumed talking after Meza asked him about his wellbeing, investigators allege.
They exchanged ‘I love you’ over text a total of 81 times between Jan. 29 and Feb. 12. In her messages, Meza told the teen that she ‘felt like she knew him in another life’ and warned that she would ‘get jealous if she saw him talking to other girls around the school,’ detectives said in the filing.

She admitted that she could get ‘fired’ for having bought the boy alcohol and advised they had to keep the relationship a secret because ‘if anyone found out, they would get in trouble,’ a review of her texts revealed, according to the affidavit.
She and the alleged victim had sex for the second time in February in the public parking lot at Ramseier Park in Greeley, investigators claim. 
Meza told detectives that she purchased marijuana, picked the teen up from his home, and got high with him in her vehicle before they relocated to the backseat, the affidavit said. The pair allegedly had sex again, this time for roughly three minutes, according to the affidavit. Approximately six hours later, the student sent her a message through Instagram saying he felt guilty and “their [sic] gonna have to talk to me and my mom”. Meza responded, “I know I’m sorry.”
Meza who admitted that she knew her teen lover’s age from his school records, immediately texted him to “delete my number” upon being contacted by police and school officials about their investigation into the anonymous tip on Feb. 12.

The alleged victim, however, told investigators that he and Meza engaged in intercourse three times, the affidavit stated. 
He also claimed she performed oral sex on him several times, an allegation that detectives allegedly corroborated through a review of their text messages, some of which are said to have made crude references to those acts. 
Greeley police launched their investigation into the alleged assault on February 12 after Noe Meza contacted dispatchers to report inappropriate conduct between his wife and a student.
A warrant for her arrest was issued on March 11, but when officers responded to her home, Meza was not there.
The administrator, who worked for a year as a substitute teacher prior to becoming secretary at Franklin Middle School as a secretary in 2020. The school serves around 600 students in grades six through eight. The alleged 13-year-old victim had been at the school for about two years.
Brenda Meza faces multiple felony charges including sexual assault of a child by one in a position of trust, sexual exploitation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and tampering with evidence.
She was placed on administrative leave on February 12 and then fired from her role on February 25 by the school district.

Despite kicking the investigation of his wife with his whistle blowing, Noe Meza refused to cooperate with police and would not allow officers search the residence, the affidavit said.
Noe and other relatives were approached by officers during a traffic stop around 9.45pm that day, the filing stated.
Police pulled him over after watching him exchange hugs and receive bags of food from a group of people at a gas station. 
He told police he was not privy to his wife’s whereabouts and advised that he and his family were traveling to the US-Mexico border.
