Armed thief stared down by cool cash register operator – he points gun at head of Sandwich shop cashier who remained unimpressed being robbed

An armed robber met his match when he confronted an ice cool  restaurant worker Wednesday. The yet to be identified thief looking stepped up to the cashier at  a sandwich at a Kansas City Jimmy John’s.
The man wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt entered the restaurant, placed an order, then pulled a gun instead of a wallet out of his pocket and pointed it at the cashier just two hours before closing.
In surveillance footage released by police in the hopes that someone recognizes the gun-wielding robber, the man can be seen shoving his pistol in the worker’s face inside the sandwich shop.

The worker, seemingly unfazed by the weapon just inches in front of him, then takes off his latex gloves before emptying out the cash register. For emphasis, the thief appears to tap the rather cool restaurant worker remains methodical and  unrattled throughout the entire ordeal.

Finally, the heist concludes with the robber walking off with the cash, the worker shooting him a look full of daggers.
The Kansas City Police Department is asking for any information the public may have about the identity of the assailant.
