Shorter was the final suspect in the robbery and sex attack on the 50-year-old born-again christian woman after she left the Celestial Church of Christ in Jamaica, Queens
The 50-year-old victim was abducted at gunpoint, walking about a half-block away from the Church on July 11
Two men came from behind, put a gun to her head and demanded all her cash
After robbing her of all valuables, they beat her up, had her strip behind a parked garbage truck and took turns assaulting her
The abductors and two friends forced the woman to perform oral sex on them
Not even her false claims of being HIV positive could deter them
Three others, Brandon Walker, 20, Julisses Ginel, 19 and 17-year-old Justin Williams were charged for the robbery and rape, July 14
Shorter has 14 prior arrests, mostly for low-level offenses

The hooligans abducted the victim and marched her at gun point behind the garbage dump near the church, where they proceeded beat her up and sexually assault her, taking turns
Shorter has 14 prior arrests, mostly for low-level offenses, police said.
“They said, ‘If you don’t do that, I’ll shoot you,’” the victim recounted to the Daily News. “So I did what I had to do.”
She first tried to scare the fiends away by claiming to be HIV-positive — even though she is not — but the threat of infection didn’t scare the attackers.
One of them ran off, then returned a few minutes later with a condom, the stunned woman told police.
“You’re a stupid African woman,” one of the men said as he slapped her.
