Pregnant 19-year-old Tityanna Sparks was taken to Brookdale University Hospital in critical condition, Sunday

A pregnant woman two months away from having her first child was clinging to life after a gunman shot her once in the head Sunday afternoon on a Brooklyn street, cops said.
Tytianna Sparks, who is seven months pregnant, was standing in front of her Dean St. home near Howard Ave. around 12:45 p.m. when she was struck once in the head, sources said.
A man fired one shot at the 19-year-old on Sunday in Brownsville before running off.
Medics rushed the victim in critical condition to Brookdale University Hospital, police said.
A witness, Yvonne Stevenson, said the victim was seven months pregnant and her mother was planning a baby shower at the end of the month.

“When I came downstairs I heard a lady screaming,” said Louis Leak, who knows the victim from the neighborhood. “She was laying between two cars and she didn’t look like she was alive to me. She was already bleeding out.”
She was kneeling over her trying to help her and hold her. She was in shock as well,” she said.
“When they turned her around, you seen blood coming out her face and head.”
Detrea Issacs, a family friend, also ran outside after hearing two shots.
“This is heavy on the heart. It happened in broad daylight,” she lamented. “I just pray she’s OK. This is sad.”
Witnesses said the suspect was described as a male in a black shirt, who fled toward Howard Avenue
