An escort was arrested on accusations she shot a Washington state man in the head because she thought he was bad at oral sex – and she wasn’t sure how to tell him.
Marissa Wallen, 21, allegedly admitted to shooting her 36-year-old client at his North Everett home last month. Police say she then stole the victim’s wallet, left him for dead and went on a $12,000 shopping spree.
The Everett News, reports that Wallen told a detective that the man was “performing oral sex wrong and she did not know how to tell him that” so she grabbed a gun and shot him.
The victim, who was not identified, was shot twice in the back of the head.
He was found alive but unresponsive on Oct. 24, three days after he was shot, when his employer asked police to perform a welfare check.
Everett Police Detectives search a shooting victim’s house on October 24th. At that time they were trying to determine exactly what crime had been committed
A home surveillance system also revealed Wallen, who had been at the home numerous times before, was the last person in the man’s home before he was shot. She was seen running from the house the night of the shooting.
During a search of the man’s home, police discovered his wallet was missing. Investigators discovered three of his credit cards had been charged 82 times in Mount Vernon and Burlington from Oct. 22 to Nov. 5.
Authorities tracked the charges to local businesses, which helped identify Wallen.
After store security cameras showed Wallen, using the cards, officers tracked her down at a home in Mount Vernon.
According to Herald.net, Wallen “changed her story each time she was confronted with evidence,” in interviews with police. Finally she admitted the victim had been paying her for sex.
She had gone to the apartment on Oct. 21, and she shot him twice in the back of the head, “because he was performing [a sex act] wrong,” Wallen said in her statement. She left him for dead on the bedroom floor and took his wallet, the court document says.
Friends and family told police the victim rarely left his home. Lately however, he’d been visiting strip clubs in Seattle, where he’d brag about his income to the women.

Escort Marissa Wallen allegedly, asked police to call one of her clients to help post her $1m bond
An officer wrote in a probable cause statement that Wallen, who has a young child, appeared: “emotionless and showed that she was cold and calculating.
“In the end she said that she shot [the victim], two times in the head because he was performing oral sex wrong and she did not know how to tell him that,” the police detective wrote.
She was charged with first-degree assault, first-degree robbery and first-degree identity. The mother-of-one has no felony convictions on her record. However, she’s listed as a defendant in 20 court cases in the past three years.
After the court appointed attorney, Pooja Vaddadi. informed the court that medical problems had prevented her client from showing up to court at times, Judge Anthony Howard said he was concerned that Wallen had 13 active warrants out for her arrest, “which might be a record.”
Bail was set at $1million. Wallen reportedly, asked police to call one of her clients to help post bond.
