She first  bound and gagged her three daughters before stabbing her eldest, however, the youngest daughter helped her nine-year-old sister escape and go for help
By the time police arrived at the home, Ahmad had already fled with her youngest daughter 
Officers found the kitchen on fire and the 11-year-old girl stabbed so many times they were unable to count the exact number of wounds
Ahmad may be suffering from mental health or drug related issues – cops

Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma have arrested a mother who went on the run with her seven-year-old daughter after she allegedly stabbed another daughter and set her house on fire.
Taheerah Ahmad, 39, and her seven-year-old daughter Hafsa Hayle were found in a vehicle in downtown Tulsa on Tuesday afternoon.
Ahmad was taken into custody and police said her daughter was safe.

Police had been searching for the mother after she allegedly bound and gagged her three daughters by duct taping their hands and stuffing socks in their mouths on Tuesday morning.

She then began stabbing her 11-year-old daughter repeatedly.
The seven-year-old girl managed to help her nine-year-old sister escape so she could run to a nearby house for help.
By the time police arrived at the home, Ahmad had already fled with her youngest daughter.
Police found the kitchen on fire and the 11-year-old suffering multiple stab wounds. . Footage shot by Fox23 shows fire crews and police inspecting the one-story family home.

Police said she was still unconscious and that her condition was ‘very severe.
Ahmad is currently being questioned by the Tulsa Police Department.
Police had initially said it was unclear where Ahmad may have been headed but that she had lived in Tennessee and Texas in the past.
Ahmad may be suffering from mental health or drug related issues, according to police.

Tulsa police apprehended the alleged stabber and kidnapper after members of the public spotted a vehicle similar to what police described in an Amber Alert issued earlier on Tuesday.
