A 34-year-old Columbus, Ohio man  has been charged with murder after cops claim he killed his uncle with a baseball bat in a dispute over a game of pool.

The 34-year-old murder suspect is locked away in Franklin County Jail.
Cops said the the relatives lived in the same house in Gahanna, Ohio — a suburb of the capital Columbus — had a fight while playing billiards earlier that evening, reported The Columbus Dispatch.
The suspect seized the wooden bat from inside the home and struck his 59-year-old uncle several times in the head and body, said cops.
Police were called to the home just before midnight, which is when they discovered the unresponsive victim lying on the garage floor.
Franklin Goodrich, the suspect’s grandfather, witnessed the attack and described it to investigators, according to a criminal complaint.
Cameron Goodrich later confessed to investigators that he bashed his uncle with the bat several times, believing he had killed his older relative, reads the complaint.
Dino Goodrich was pronounced dead at Mount Carmel East Hospital less than an hour after the 911 call.
