Rosa allegedly took the boys to party and gave them alcohol marijuana and nicotine for vape devices
She took the boys to her condo after they were kicked out the party for being underage, there she allegedly had sex with the boys in the swimming pool
Rosa was the teacher’s aid for one of the boys and she denied the improper contact –
Police revealed the sex acts in the swimming pool were recorded on surveillance cameras
The teacher’s aid allegedly, also had sex with the boys in her home in addition to visiting the house of one boy to have sex with him
Relationship was exposed when one boy’s 20-year-old brother told police he saw Rosa come into the house and could hear them in the bedroom
Rosa of Naples, was charged with three counts of lewd or lascivious behavior – promoting sexual activity with a victim less than 16
She’s also facing two counts of narcotic equipment or paraphernalia delivered to a minor, providing nicotine dispensing device to a minor and providing alcohol to someone under 21

A 27-year-old teacher’s aide allegedly had sex with teenage boys in the community pool at her condo building, in Florida.
The Collier County Public Schools district employee was arrested Friday after police say she had sexual contact with 15-year-old students and provided them with alcohol, nicotine and marijuana.
Kirstie None Rosa has been charged with being intimate with two students at her condo in East Naples after a party as well as visiting one boy’s home several times to have sex.
Rosa is also accused of plying the boys with drugs and alcohol during these meetings, according to the Naples Daily News.
She allegedly gave them alcohol, marijuana and nicotine for vape devices before picking them up in her car and taking them to a party.
One student said he and some of his classmates hung out with Rosa at the party and smoked cannabis, according to a police report.
They then went back to her condo and she allegedly had sex with two of the boys in the swimming pool.
Interviewed separately, both students confirmed he had sex with Rosa. One pf the boys said Rosa was his teacher’s aid at the time.

The first student said their contact began when he and some of his classmates were talking to Rosa about vaping and she asked them for their Snapchat information so they could communicate.
He said they began flirting via Snapchat and on October 30, Rosa came to his house and he brought her to his bedroom where they watched Netflix, smoked marijuana and had sex.
Collier County detectives reportedly obtained the CCTV footage of Rosa getting intimate with the teen boys in her condo’s swimming pool, NBC reported
Deny any instance of intimacy, the teacher’s aide told investigators she let the students come over and use her condo’s pool, but ‘didn’t hang out with them’.
Rosa was fired from the Phoenix Academy where she had worked on Monday, according to reports.

Rosa who has been fire from her job as a teacher’s aide, denied having contact with the boys as well as giving them booze or drugs.
initially Rosa denied having contact with students outside of school but later admitted to being at a party when they showed up and she left. She also said she would allow them to use her community pool, but she was not there with them, the report states.
She also denied ever providing them with nicotine, marijuana or alcohol.
She later admitted to watching TV with a student at their house but then asked for an attorney.
On Dec. 5 investigators were provided video footage from Rosa’s community pool where they could see her and the students in the pool.
She was arrested the next day and charged with three counts of lewd or lascivious behavior and promoting sexual activity with a victim under 16 as well as two counts of providing narcotic equipment for a minor and giving alcohol to someone under 21.
She’s being held at the Naples Jail Center on $52,000 bond.
