A North Carolina couple are wanted for murder and on the run after the wife allegedly shot a female colleague to death during an argument over tables at a furniture company in Hickory.
Tangela Parker and her husband Eric Parker are wanted by the police considered ‘armed and dangerous,’ the Hickory Police Department said.
Tangela Parker is wanted for First Degree Murder of Phelifia Michelle Marlow, 51, while Eric Parker is wanted as an Accessory After the Fact to first-degree murder.
The tragic saga started last week when Tangela Parker and Marlow got into a fight over tables while working at the furniture factory TCS Designs, the victim’s husband Justin Marlow told WSOC-TV.

Marlow went and filed a complaint with management and claimed Tangela Parker had screamed at her. Management sent Parker home for three days but she returned to work earlier this week.
Parker then shot Marlow at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday and fled with her husband, Eric Parker, who also worked at the plant.
Witnesses reported that the incident started with Marlow and Parker arguing over tables in the furniture factory where they both worked.

Workers described hearing two shots and said the plant went under lockdown. Marlow was taken to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, where she later died.
According to police, the couple was last seen leaving the business in a beige 2019 Honda CRV displaying North Carolina tag FAM5669. They should be considered armed and dangerous.
The victim’s husband, Justin Marlow, has asked that the Parkers turn themselves in to police: ‘My wife was a loving, caring, strong, faithful woman and always seeing the best in everybody. Always look on the positive side no matter how bad things was,’ Marlow said.
Friends and family took to Facebook to mourn the loss in comments made to the Facebook post from Hickory police seeking help in tracking the suspects.
